H2PLANET BRASIL AND AUTOMATED COMPRESSION ELECTROLYTIC HYDROGEN

An electrolysis system with zero maintenance electrolyser Hy-PEM XP 024 (up to 240l/h of production capacity) and an automated system of Hy-COMP XT HP compressor were installed by the representative in Brazil H2planet Brasil at the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande - UFCG LABFREN laboratories for renewable energies.

LABFREN project

This is the more advanced and user-friendly existing system for energy storage of long period with hydrogen gas.

The gas, created with the H2planet electrolyser, is compressed up to 200 bar via the skid compression and used with PEM fuel-cell for producing electricity

Hy-PEM XP

The electrolyser used in this system is HyPEM XP 024

ZERO MAINTENANCE. The best reliability and user-friendly interface yet in the market!
Hydrogen releasing pressure is adjustable up to 11 bar in accordance with ideal parameters to refill every hydrogen metal hydride cartridge and compatible MyH2 cartridges by H2planet Hydrogen’s purity maximizes the efficiency and the lifetime of the compatible MyH2 advanced metal hydrides cartridges.

H2 Compression

The control panel Hy-REFILL BOX interfaced with the compression system on ATEX skid Hy-COMP XT HPmodel allows to set the intervention parameters to certain values of pressure inside the cylinders based on the consumption of hydrogen in addition to the maximum desired pressure through the interface with the zero maintenance electrolyser ensuring full automation and ease of system management, designed to make the system applicable to the domestic and industrial sectors.
