Hydrogen has always been used for a wide range of industrial applications in various sectors such as electronics, metallurgy, food, etc.

It has also been used as an environmentally friendly fuel in transport and heating, and it' s increasingly taking its use as a carrier and clean energy storage system.

The Hy-Flow generators can be powered from renewable sources, so as to offer a solution for the storage of clean energy, even in combination with fuel cell.

They produce hydrogen and oxygen perfectly separated by electrolytic dissociation of the water molecule, according to the chemical reaction: 2H2O + ENERGY -> 2H2 + 2O. Hydrogen and oxygen are produced inside the electrolytic cell directly at the required pressure (up to 30 bar) and they are kept safely separated by special membranes.

The two gases are then conveyed through different ducts to the condensate separators from the water, where they're also cooled and dehumidified before they used.

Producing a continuous flow of pure hydrogen makes the company independent from gas in cylinders, avoids work suspensions and production stops due to lack of gas.

Hydrogen and Oxygen production is fully automatic and can be controlled remotely via computer or smartphone.

In the absence of cylinders also disappear the risks associated with the transport and handling of the cylinders themselves (falls, impacts, crushing of things and people) and the hydrogen contained, such as burns and explosions.

By eliminating the transport of hydrogen cylinders, we are helping to reduce air pollution (and CO2 production).
