Thermoregulation is the process responsible for controlling the temperatures involved in various ways in a production process, obtained by heat transfer: in every industrial sector it's in fact essential to ensure the right temperatures both for the correct treatment and processing of raw materials, and for the proper functioning of the equipment used, in terms of performance and operational safety.

From H2planet’s experience in the production and installation of metal hydride systems, MyH2 has been born. Thermal PLUS, the stainless steel heat exchanger designed and manufactured for MyH2, 3000 / 7000 / 10000

 

 

Features

For Fuel-Cell System

The MyH2 metal hydride heat exchanger Thermal PLUS H2Planet has been specially developed for metal hydride cylinders and it can be used as a water cooling medium or heated with hot water to optimize the charging and release process of hydrogen.

They are suitable for integration with both air-cooled and water-cooled fuel-cell systems

With water-cooled stacks, the efficiency of the system can be maximized by heat recovery on the secondary circuit of the water-cooled fuel cell heat exchanger (tube or plate-type water-to-water heat exchanger).

 

 

Configurations

The ideal system to get the most out of your MyH2 series metal hydrides. is in phase

of charge and gas desorption. The system is available in two configurations:

A. Stainless steel cylindrical heat exchanger only

B. Complete system of:

  •     external painted stainless steel cylindrical heat exchanger
  •     circulation pump
  •     3-way valve
  •     connections, fittings, hose holders, water filters, hoses, etc.
  •     temperature sensors
