HYDROSTIK PRO is a convenient hydrogen storage solution to fuel your hydrogen powered devices.
Hold the latest hydrogen storage technology in the palm of your hand. Rather than compressing hydrogen gas, the safe, and reliable HYDROSTIK binds hydrogen with a metal alloy to form a solid metal hydride.

- Stores hydrogen safely in a non-compressed, solid metallic form
- Re?llable multiple times using HYDROFILL PRO desktop hydrogen station
- Can power Horizon fuel cells up to 30W
- Compatible with a range of Horizon education products (sold separately)

The HYDROSTIK PRO is included with all Horizon’s advanced educational kits and can be re?lled with the HYDROFILL PRO refueling station.

What is the difference between the HYDROSTIK and HYDROSTIK PRO?
HYDROSTIK and HYDROSTIK PRO are two types of metal hydride cartridge, each with a different metal alloy.  Depending on which alloy is used, there are different implications for performance, characteristics and cost.  Normally, HYDROSTIK and HYDROSTIK PRO store the same amount of hydrogen and have the same capacity (10L of H2).
However, the main technical difference is the charging flow rate of hydrogen.
HYDROSTIK PRO contains a metal hydride that enables it to significantly outperform HYDROSTIK. For this reason, HYDROSTIK PRO is designed for and recommended to the educational market (FCDK, HCELL, and 12-30W fuel cells) which requires higher performance, while HYDROSTIK is designed for portable power (MINIPAK) which requires a lower power and flow rate.
HYDROFILL was originally designed to charge HYDROSTIK while HYDROFILL PRO was specially designed to afford higher flow rates of Hydrogen for HYDROSTIK PRO.
Both HYDROSTIK and HYDROSTIK PRO work with the MINIPAK Handheld Fuel Cell Phone Charger.
