2 ANNUAL ROUTINE MAINTENANCE INTERVENTIONS (Expert).

In Team mode (2 people), routine assistance minimizes costs and time for routine assistance on more complex systems, with a choice agreed between the Customer and the Supplier.  It is possible to request a personalised intervention plan, which will be agreed upon based on the work to be carried out and its impact on the business. Depending on the people involved, the following rates may also be applied for multiple days of work, which will be charged accordingly.

EXCLUSIONS: personal transfer costs, food and accommodation costs depending on the location of the

intervention and the period are excluded.

Any additional days of assistance that may be necessary will be billed at the cost shown in the table. Call-out cost: FREE
