with a minimum of 1 hour per call and a maximum of 3 hours per call. Call-out fee €30 + VAT (instead of €50), each call minimum 1 hour of work and maximum 3 hours.  For a maximum of 6 calls per year of up to 2 hours each, there is a discounted call-out fee of €120 + VAT (instead of €180).

It is possible to request a personalised service plan, which will be agreed upon based on the type of remote assistance/consulting to be performed according to the number of consecutive hours of service requested.
