H2PLANET PREMIUM CARE combines the H2PLANET LIVE CARE PLUS + H2PLANET ON-LINE CARE packages.

It's possible to request a personalised intervention plan, which will be agreed upon based on the type of remote intervention/consultancy to be performed. Extraordinary maintenance consists of interventions to repair breakdowns, make improvements to the system, or respond to specific requests from the Client. The procedure to be followed is described below. If the material found to be faulty during the inspection is covered by warranty, it will be replaced at no cost to the Client, but the on-site intervention must be paid for by the Supplier.

The intervention will not be paid for if it can be carried out during routine maintenance checks.Extraordinary maintenance activities will normally be paid for on a final balance basis, applying the prices indicated in the spare parts price list.

The work to be paid for will be paid upon confirmation and written acceptance by the Client of the work lists submitted. Hours worked at unusual times and outside normal working hours, if agreed upon during “special” periods, will be paid at a 50% surcharge on the hourly rates for night/holiday work.
