VLII-L 10 is a PEM fuel-cell stack module with third generation titanium elements that guarantee a long life for the generation of electrical power and heat, liquid cooled (demi water or water + glycol) and able to maximize performance and electrical efficiency, up to over 45%, in multiple application fields: from automotive / vehicular to stationary use. The peculiar feature of the system is the overall compactness of the BOP (Balance of Plant) made up of all the accessories necessary for correct operation, combined with extreme lightness compared to similar complete BOP systems on the market.

The VLII-L series fuel-cell systems are characterized by a "Full BOP powertrain" configuration equipped with all the accessories and peripherals for operation, and including a DC-DC with 48VDC (5-10kW model) or 72VDC (15kW model) output ).

The system is therefore equipped with everything necessary for operation for a typical vehicular and stationary use with a package ready for installation, therefore including:

pipeline complete with component connection (hydrogen and coolant)

radiator (drycooler) for dissipating heat into the air

stack and auxiliary mounting and support structure

DC-DC with 48VDC (5-10kW model) or 72VDC (15kW model) output

The system is expandable with the exclusive "Full Heat Recovery" heat recovery system capable of conveying heat in the form of hot water through shell and tube or plate heat exchangers that make it possible to achieve overall efficiencies up to 90% .
