Making a mission abroad zero emissions and independent from the grid with an innovative power supply pilot project using PEM fuel-cell hydrogen technologies and renewable energy.
This was the UNGSC - United Nations Global Service Center installation pilot project at the Brindisi base developed by the Technology Infrastructure Support Unit which involved H2planet products: a H2planet Hy-PEM ONE electrolysis system with a single latest generation PEM stack , powered by a photovoltaic system capable of producing hydrogen and oxygen.
An ambitious mission never carried out before by the United Nations, but a new important collaboration that has been successful.
